Beverly Flint very rude - she uses obscenities at customers, use of F word,
She makes mistakes, then claim she never does. She acts as agent but is only office manager , Abe is the manager. He acts like he is deaf and dumb and she goes off on everyone putting them down.
She throws money at customers and curses them
like heres 50 dollars to get you out the door.
no one deserves this treatment
800 met rd-- very very rude - do not ever recommend
I was in an accident last june, and when I needed to speak with someone and get my car fixed, they were there for me. The people at State Farm were great, they handled my claim very professionally not trying to get the most money out of me as possible but instead, made sure that I was emotionally stable after my accident. It's a traumatizing experience. Thanks State Farm for all of your help
State Farm really doesn't deserve to be charging a substantial amount more for their car insurance then other companies do. They don't have good service at all, and if you have an urgent message to get to them....It's impossible to speak with anyone intelligent.
This company does not act above board in paying claims for their clients. I had the misfortune of being hit by one of their customers and it seems to be one nightmare after another. Luckily my insurance company took care of the vehicle and most of the medical, but state farm has only reimbursed them for the vehicle. In their low ball settlement offer they want to use most of it to pay the claim my insurance has with them. Oh yeah and the outstanding medical leftover is still my responsibility too. Humm. The driver who hit me is 100% at fault,(this is not even in dispute) Why am I suppose to pay for all of her damages and not getting anything for the pain and suffering I have gone through this last year of my life? Hello? Did you think I enjoyed spending time in my doctor's office in pain? WTF? The damn thing is I would have been willing to talk to them, but all I get back is a low ball offer, why bother. Clearly they like to deal with lawyers and spend time in court. Which I'm sure raises all of their customer's rates.
My daughter whom just started driving struck a guardrail swerving out of the path of an oncoming car in her lane. This damaged the fender and front suspension along with destroying the rim and tire. The tires were almost new but I'm forced to pay 65$ for another tire since they wont put on a used tire. The policy states when used parts aren't available then refurbished or new parts will be used. This should apply for tires too. I saved State farm hundreds of dollars by not using the rental clause since the car was at the shop for weeks. This is just cheap on their part.
